Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern registration and participation in the Tusla School Completion Programme Staff Training, delivered by The WellSchools Network Limited (“we”, “our”, “us”). By submitting a registration form, you agree to the following:

1. Registration Process

• Completing the registration form does not guarantee a place.

• We will review all registrations and issue confirmation of your place by email within 48 hours.

• If the training is oversubscribed, you will be notified by email within 48 hours and provided with details of the waiting list.

2. Attendance & Participation

• Confirmed places are allocated to named individuals only and are non-transferable without prior agreement.

• Participants are expected to attend all sessions as outlined in the programme schedule.

3. Cancellations & Changes

• If you are unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible so that your place may be offered to someone on the waiting list.

• We reserve the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel training sessions where necessary. In such cases, participants will be notified as early as possible.

4. Data Protection & Privacy

• Personal information provided during the registration process will be processed in accordance with GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
