Drawing from our founder David Cashman's PhD "Reconceptualising Wellbeing: The Design, Implementation and Evaluation of a Systems Informed model of Positive Education for Developing Schools in Ireland" our training is built on the most up today research available combined with well established ideas and practices to deliver a unique learning outcome for all participants.
Our Founder
David Cashman
With 16 years of educational experience, primarily within Designated Disadvantaged settings, David has amassed a profound understanding of educational disadvantage and trauma. He has pioneered the development of a Trauma Informed School, integrating Trauma Informed principles within daily curriculum activities based on his Phd research at University College Cork in Ireland.
