Our Founder
David Cashman
With 16 years of educational experience, primarily within Designated Disadvantaged settings, David has amassed a profound understanding of educational disadvantage and trauma. He has pioneered the development of a Trauma Informed School, integrating Trauma Informed principles within daily curriculum activities based on his Phd research at University College Cork in Ireland.
