The ABLE 4 Senior Leaders training is a five-day training course, focused on the ABLE Brief Intervention Framework that supports Principals and Deputy Principals to navigate challenging interactions in a time-bound manner.
This is a practical, empowering and participative course designed for principals, deputy principals and leadership teams as a tool to assist them in leading systemic change. This course provides the skills to have meaningful, time-bound, relationship-based conversations, respond confidently and increases awareness of emotional safety, underpinned by a trauma-informed lens.
You will gain:
- A practical framework for navigating challenging conversations with colleagues, school staff, parents, students and others
- The confidence to recognise, respond to and manage signals of distress in a respectful, time-bound way

The ABLE4SCP’s training is a five-day training course, focused on the ABLE Brief Intervention Framework that supports SCP’s to navigate challenging interactions in a time-bound manner. This is a practical, empowering and participative course for School Completion Professionals working at the frontline of engagement — supporting young people, collaborating with families, and coordinating with schools and community services.
You will gain:
